Mekong Delta, Vietnam

We bought two motorbikes in Saigon to begin our trip North through Vietnam. But before doing so we spent some time in the Mekong Delta, namely Chau Doc and Can tho. I got to see a floating market, where people travel days by boat to participate in this floating exchange of mostly fruits and vegetables. I went to a rice packaging plant and a rice noodle factory. We spent a day in a Vietnamese hospital. By then end of it all we were glad to hit the open road.IMG_0485_1 IMG_0667blurfbIMG_0647_1 IMG_0554_1 IMG_0575_1 IMG_0583_2 IMG_0585_1 IMG_0549_1 IMG_0546_2 IMG_0536fbIMG_0489_1 IMG_0491_1IMG_0493_1IMG_0688coloradjust_1IMG_0655fbmore photos on Facebook
